How can trauma release change patterns I’ve struggled with for years?

Long-standing patterns often stem from trauma that’s deeply embedded in the body’s memory. Traditional approaches may help manage symptoms, but they don’t always reach the core of the issue. Trauma release works differently—it allows your body to let go of the stored energy that’s been keeping these patterns in place. As we release these blockages, your mind, emotions, and behaviors start to shift naturally, breaking the cycle of old patterns. The transformation happens from within, creating new ways of being that feel more aligned, freeing, and sustainable over time.

Is it really possible to heal deep-rooted pain without reliving it?

Yes, it’s absolutely possible. The body can release stored trauma without the need to revisit or retell painful events. My approach focuses on your body’s innate wisdom, allowing the release to happen at a subconscious level. This means you don’t have to relive past trauma to let it go. Instead, we create a safe space where your body can process the pain gently, ensuring the healing feels supportive and manageable, not overwhelming.

Is this like therapy?....'cause I tried that already and stopped.

My Trauma Release Work is Different From Therapy—And That’s a Good Thing I’m not a therapist, and my approach goes beyond traditional therapy. We work with your body’s innate wisdom to gently release emotional blocks from the past—something rarely achieved in talk therapy.

But, if you’re managing significant mental health issues, additional support from a licensed professional might be needed. My focus is on emotional release through the body, not psychotherapy.

Will I have to revisit painful memories?

Not at all. My method works with the body’s wisdom to release trauma without the need to relive or retell all the painful events. Whenever something is too difficult to process consciously, we guide the body to switch and continue the healing process unconsciously. We avoid revisiting the entire story because there’s no need for the body to process it, ensuring a gentle, effective approach.

Do you take my insurance?

Currently, insurance doesn’t cover advanced mind-body healing methods like trauma release work.

While insurance may catch up one day, this approach is not yet included. Depending on your coverage, you might be able to use Health Savings Account (HSA) funds, but you’ll need to confirm this with your provider.

If you’re a business owner, you may be able to deduct coaching services as a business expense. Be sure to check your state or country’s specific tax laws.

Of course, we don’t offer legal advice, so it’s best to consult with a tax professional for any details.

Can I do this work if I'm on medication?

I’m not a licensed healthcare provider and can’t advise on medications, but my gentle Trauma Release Work is highly effective alongside them. Many clients have used this work to build a strong foundation and, with their doctor, explore adjustments to their medications. Every person is different, so always consult your healthcare provider before making any changes. As a reminder, this work is not FDA-approved and isn’t intended to diagnose, cure, or treat any disease.

For online sessions – What if I’m not tech-savvy?

Online sessions are designed to be as accessible and stress-free as possible. I use Zoom, a simple and reliable platform, and will guide you step by step to ensure you’re comfortable. Whether you’re new to video calls or an experienced user, my goal is to make the technology seamless so we can focus on your healing journey. These sessions allow you to connect with me from anywhere in the world

How confidential is this Discovery call?

Everything we discuss during the Discovery call is private and confidential. I adhere to strict ethical standards to ensure your personal information and experiences are protected. This call is a safe space for you to explore your needs and share without fear of judgment or exposure

What happens after the Discovery call?

After the Discovery call, if we both feel that this work is a good fit, I’ll guide you on how to book your first session. You’ll also receive information tailored to your needs, so you can feel confident about taking the next step toward emotional release and clarity.

What if I don’t feel results right away?

Every person’s journey is unique, and while many clients notice shifts in the first session, others may require a few sessions to fully experience the benefits. Remember, this is a process, and results often deepen over time as your body integrates the work. I’ll support you every step of the way.

Trauma Release Coaching is gentle and highly adaptable to meet your current trauma release capacity, making it suitable for most people. However, if you’re currently experiencing severe mental health challenges, it’s important to have additional support from a licensed professional. This approach complements, but does not replace, other mental health treatments.
